This summer the USA Today Weekend magazine held a competition for the best musical in the USA.  Well arrogantly I sent in all the stuff I could find that we still had laying around - they will announce the winner next weekend - but our T-Shirt made the follow up article -  go to http://www.usaweekend.com/ and click on the article entitled America is Musical.  On the left side of the picture you can see our shirt (although it is covered by a pom pom) our shirt that ready "Happily Ever After"...

 We made national news - well not yet of course - but that is definetly cool enough.  Maybe we made the finals?  I'm trying not to have a Waiting for Guffman moment.  I'm sure if we had won we would know by now.  Maybe not - we'll see!

That is enough excitement in one day!

Teacher's are back - and so the BLOGGING will need to find it's time in the old routine of School Daze...

It's funny but I think teachers complain more than students when it's time to come back.  Being a 12 month employee I feel I'm not the best person to ask this to.  I am ready for kids to come back and teachers.  Maybe not ready "ready"... but I'm ready - I think^

 Ohh and JACKIE O was found - she took a little vacation with a very loving family.  Thanks to MANN Family for calling in the rescue!

Well this about does it.  Teachers report back tommorow - and Kids in a week!  We are two days into rehearsal.  Two days more to go this week - it almost seems like the routine had never left. 

Andy is finishing up in the theatre today - I'm probably going to get hazed during the inspection - good thing Andy likes me - I think?  Then he'll be back to Tampa.

The flooring guys should be in today to make the old look new again. 

 Still no JACKIE O.  Please send her home - we didn't really mind having her around and we miss her.  Trying not to cry.
